Visitors to WonderWorks' Real Sea Monsters exhibit will explore prehistoric depths and come face-to-face with these giant, lifelike “sea monsters”. They will learn the latest theories of why these creatures of ocean myths and legends, like their land-bound cousins the dinosaurs, suddenly died out some sixty-five million years ago. This comprehensive exhibit of seven “life-size” Prehistoric Sea Creatures includes: Dunkleosteus, Elasmosaur, Kronosaurus, Tylosaurus, Basilosaurus, Megalodon and Giant Squid. A full compliment of engaging labels and interactive devices make this an underwater prehistoric adventure!
